This villa has one of the best locations in the whole of Pattaya, just 1km from Walking Street and Pattaya Beach. Set over two levels on a very private and peaceful side-street, if you are looking for comfortable convenience, BCN Pool Villa is the one! The back garden area is home to a private swimming pool and is situated in lots of shade and surrounded by a tall perimeter wall that provides great seclusion and security.
The interior of the property is very clean and well maintained with spacious living areas and tall ceilings. The lounge and dining rooms are situated downstairs alongside the kitchen, while the dining room and two bedrooms are on the second level.

| Dinning room: | The dining area is positioned at the top of the stairs overlooking the main living areas. The wood/glass dining table is set for four persons. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is situated on the ground floor close to the living area. There are many modern appliances for your self-catering needs such as an oven, grill, tea and coffee making facilities, 4-ring stovetop and a refrigerator. |
